The Amazing Brittany Stover

If you're from my neck of the woods, you're probably already familiar with Brittany Stover Photography.  There are no words to explain the kind of artist she is.  Pure genius.  Truthfully, I've been stalking Brittany's work through her blog for quite some time now, so I was thrilled when my family finally got the chance to see her in action last fall for our annual family pictures.  

We met on a warm October evening at a tree farm just south of town.  Brittany was such a joy to work with, even though we probably were not.  You know, there are just a couple of challenges when you are trying to photograph two toddlers who inevitably want to go two different directions at any given point.  Coincidentally, Brittany has twins (and another) of her own, so mine were no match for her.  She was super patient and incredibly sweet with them and, like always, she managed to get some pretty amazing shots.       

We also used Brittany's services for our Christmas cards.  Once again, she exceeded my expectations by creating my favorite family Christmas card to date.  I am so grateful for the time Brittany spent on designing our card.  We were right in the midst of her busiest season and she was probably up to her eyeballs in Christmas card orders, but she took it upon herself to design a card from scratch because she "wasn't quite feeling it" with the original template I had chosen from her stash.  I mean, how awesome is that?!?!?  

Thank you, Brittany, for sharing just a sliver of your creativity and talent with our family.  Like I said, I've been following her for a long time...trust me when I say this is just a sliver.  She is truly incredible.
